Cancellation requests will be acknowledged within 3 business days of receipt. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15-20 business days from the date of cancellation approval. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Neither party shall be held liable for cancellation or delay caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, or supplier failures. In such cases, the project timeline will be adjusted, or the agreement may be terminated with a refund for work not yet completed.
Any disputes arising from cancellation shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
FDC Studios reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
