1. Scope of Warranty
Our 10-Year Warranty is designed to give you complete peace of mind. It covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for modular kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and modular storage units built and installed by FDC Studios under normal residential use.
2. What is Covered
The warranty strictly applies to the following components:
- Modular Cabinetry: Delamination or structural failure of plywood/MDF modular carcasses under normal usage conditions.
- Hardware and Accessories: Functional failure of soft-close hinges, drawer runners, and pull-out mechanisms (subject to the respective manufacturer's direct warranty guidelines, e.g., Hettich, Blum, Ebco).
- Cabinet Shutters: Delamination of laminates or acrylics from base boards due to factory gluing errors.
3. What is NOT Covered
The warranty does NOT cover damages resulting from:
- Water Ingress and Seepage: Damage due to continuous exposure to water leaks, sink overflow, damp walls, or structural seepage.
- Wear & Tear: Minor scratches, dents, color fading of laminates over time due to direct sunlight exposure, or natural wear.
- Misuse and Overloading: Damage due to overloading drawers/shelves beyond weight capacity, or rough handling of hardware.
- Third-Party Alterations: Any modifications, repairs, or additions made to our woodwork by local carpenters or third-party workers after installation.
- Pest Infestation: Damage caused by wood borers, termites, or other pests post-handover (unless structural Anti-Termite Treatment was explicitly opted for and failed within its specific timeline).
4. Claims & Redressal
To register a warranty claim, please contact our support desk with your project invoice, photos of the affected section, and a brief description of the issue:

Upon verification, our technicians will visit your site within 7 business days. If the issue is covered under this policy, FDC Studios will repair or replace the affected component free of charge.
